The Delaware Center for Educational Technology (DCET) and the Delaware Department of Education are pleased to be working with Thinkfinity.org and the Verizon Foundation to bring thousands of high-quality, standards-based educational resources to Delaware classrooms.

Thinkfinity.org is a partnership between the Verizon Foundation and the nation's leading educational and literacy organizations. This web portal brings together over 55,000 free, standards-based resources including lesson plans, interactives, reviewed web links, and other materials in one easy-to-use site.

Thinkfinity's free training is designed to help Delaware teachers and instructional staff integrate technology with their Backwards-Design curriculum units and lessons. Find ideas, resources, activities, standards-based lessons, and interactives from the seven content-area partners to enhance and enrich your curricula. Thinkfinity resources are aligned with both National and Delaware Content Standards so teachers and administrators know these materials will effectively address our state objectives.

We are curently offering Delaware teachers the opportunity to participate in one or more of the following training options:

• Awareness Sessions - Find out how Thinkfinity has partnered with content-area leaders to bring you high-quality lessons, interactives, online activities, and other technology-integration resources.
• Teacher Training - District and state trainers will be offering a variety of hands-on training designed to address your specific grade-level and content-area classroom needs.
• Train-the-Trainer Sessions - You can become a Thinkfinity Field Trainer or Certified Trainer. Learn more about the Thinkfinity training model and how you can be involved.
