Training and Help Desk Support
We offer training and support to teachers and administrative staff members working in the Delaware public school system in the use of the Professional Development Management System (PDMS), Blackboard and Blackboard Collaborate.
- PDMS Training for Education Agency Administrators
Small group training sessions ( 5 - 10 people) are normally conducted in the school's computer lab. These sessions require a minimum ninety-minute time period.
- Help Desk support for Microsoft Office applications is normally avaialbe Monday - Friday from 7:30 - 4:00.
