Our staff provides the following service and support for the systems that we provide:
- Diagnostic and troubleshooting services for the life of the computer.
- Ensure peak system performance.
- Check for proper configuratiotn settings.
- Restore accidently deleted system files.
- Detect and eliminate equipment related problems.
- Free repair/replacement of defective system components.
- System upgrades upon request after 24 months of ownership.
- Service by appointment: You can make an appointment to bring your malfunctioning classroom computer to our workshop from 10:00 - 4:00 (Monday through Friday).
