Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Available:
Large Conference Room A/B (100 people max)
(Each side will hold 45-50 people)
Small Conference Room D (10 people max)

• Department of Education employees can reserve the meeting rooms by using the DOE Outlook Calendar.
• All rooms have a ceiling mount projection system as well as a VCR and hookup for computer access for the presenter.
• Cancellations are to be removed from the Outlook Calendar.

22 Computer Laptops Available for in-house use only:

  Food and drinks are allowed in the meeting rooms provided the area is cleaned up. Tables and chairs are to be returned to original room set up. Projection system is to be turned off prior to leaving the room.
